Allgemeine übersicht

Acht Rassen bilden die Bevölkerung von Atys. Vier von ihnen, die im Folgenden vorgestellt werden, bilden die vier Ethnischen Zivilisationen der Hominheit.

Die anderen vier Rassen, die Primitiven, von denen eine verschwunden ist, prägen die atysische Geschichte praktisch nicht.

Während des Großen Schwarms waren nicht alle Homin in der Lage, die alten Länder über die Regenbögen zu verlassen. Einige mussten bleiben und mussten viele Opfer bringen, um zu überleben. Im Laufe der Jahre haben sie den Namen Marodeure angenommen. Diese Gesellschaft, in der das Recht des Stärkeren herrscht, basiert auf einer Clan-Struktur. Im Stich gelassen von den zwei großen Mächten, glauben sie nur an ihre eigene Stärke. Andere kamen zu dem Schluss, daß die einzige Möglichkeit, die Gefahren von Atys durch Goo und Kitin zu überleben, in der Synergie der Völker liegt, also außerhalb der Systeme zu bleiben. Diese staatenlosen Homins sind die Ranger und die Trytonisten. Letztere leben im Schatten, da sie mit den Kami und den Karavan in Konflikt geraten.

Lerne dein Volk, deine Verbündeten und deine Feinde kennen. Viel mehr als nur die Grundlage für ein Rollenspiel zu legen, werden es dir die in diesem Portal enthaltenen Informationen ermöglichen, den Schlüssel zu einem besseren Verständnis des Spiels zu erhalten.

Die Fyros wollen das kriegerische Volk von Atys sein. Seine obersten Werte sind Mut und Ruhm. Der große Ehrgeiz der Fyros ist es, den Großen Drache zu jagen, die Kreatur, die im Verdacht steht, die großen Brände verursacht zu haben, die den Invasionen der Kitins vorausgingen. Nicht sehr glühend in ihrer Natur, neigen die Fyros dazu, sich zunehmend den Kamis zu nähern.

Die kultivierten, ehrgeizigen Matis sind die stolzen Erben einer uralten Monarchie und versuchen, ihr verlorenes Königreich wiederherzustellen. Diese kultivierten Ästheten beherrschen die Botanik und bilden ein romantisches und eroberungsfreudiges Volk. Sie glauben, daß sich jeder Mensch beweisen muß, um den ihm gebührenden Platz in der Gesellschaft zu finden. Sie sind die treuesten Diener der Karavan.

Das kleinere Volk, die Tryker sind friedlich und freiheitsliebend. Sie träumen von einer Welt ohne Tyrannei, in der es weder Herren noch Sklaven gibt. Sie sind neugierig und ausgezeichnete Entdecker und Erfinder. Daher beherrschen sie die Windtechnologien perfekt. Wenn sie bedroht werden, wissen die Tryker, wie sie zu reagieren haben, und offenbaren dann ungeahnte Kampftalente. Sie betrachten die Karavan als glühende Anhänger der Göttin Jena.

Die Zoraï sind die Homin, die den Kami am nächsten stehen. Die Maske, die sie auszeichnet, ist ein Geschenk der Kami. Ihre Zivilisation respektiert ihre Worte und kämpft gegen ihren Feind, das Goo. Die Zoraï leben im Dschungel, einem bevorzugten Gebiet der Kami und ihrer Plage, dem Goo...
