Bearbeitung von Publikationen in Portalen
In general, one should avoid modifying the portal skeleton to avoid "mismatches of behavior" by theme or language. For this, it is better to systematically include articles in their planned locations (see below) which will allow to manage the information available to all contributors.
The articles of the portals, are titled: Portal <name of the portal or abbreviation>/<name of the article>. The <name of the portal> is located in the page title.
Exemple with the <name of the portal>=Portal:Chroniken/2481 - 2484 and the <name of the article>=Intro.
just change the ":" after Portal in the title by a <space>, on obtient: Portal Chroniken/2481 - 2484/Intro.
The only exception to this rule, to facilitate the management of The Great Library, is the use of the abbreviation: GBA, which gives for example: Portal GBA/Intro. The portal articles are called through the code sequence:
{{TheBigBox|type=|
| image=<logo. For example: QuestionRyzom.png>
| title={{3DText|group=xyz|text='''<the tiltle. For example: Weitere Informationen>'''}}
| palette=<A thematic color, if not nothing>
| content=<the article if it exists, for example {{:Portal GBA/More}}>
}}
To give a certain appeal to visitors who discover the wiki, a highlighting of articles can be pleasant to use. For this we use:
{{TheBigBox|type=|
| title= {{3DText|3D=inset|text=Empfohlener Artikel}}
| palette=
| image= Zor emblem.png
| content=<div style="margin: 0em; padding:0em; background-color: inherit;overflow:auto; max-width:100%;">
<one of the following three solutions, shown below in the case of the portal: Die Große Bibliothek/Homins>
</div>
}}
Finally, it is wise to finish the included article by adding at least one of the following two instructions at the end:
{{read more|palette=| <The source page that is the origin of the posted article>}}
{{Last version link|<The full page of the article displayed which may contain hidden parts and which must be easily modifiable.>}}<noinclude>
Always take inspiration from the elders to save time and avoid coding errors, bugs are sometimes difficult to discern in the wiki.
The following table summarizes these rules.

PORTAL MANAGEMENT |
Category:Featured article
Hidden categories that bring together the most striking or representative pages of a portal's theme to allow one of them to be displayed ( e.g. different every day of the week or month) on that portal's home page. |
Example for a thematic portal: Category:Featured article/Flora gathering 31 pages named in the format Featured article/Flora/Month/N where N is the number of the day in the current month and redirecting to 31 articles of the Category:Flora that are thought to be particularly representative or noteworthy. N.B. These "rotating" pages are sometimes gathered in a single subcategory of the Featured article category of the portal (e.g. Portal:Atys). | |||
Examples for the home page: fr:Catégorie: Lumière sur/Accueil gathers the "Light on" pages intended for the illustration of the main home page of the FR Ryzom Wiki.
