Es gibt verschiedene Arten von Mektoubs: Wir können die freien [[Mektoub|Mektoubs]] (oder Gubanis) nicht reiten, aber wir können sie jagen.
[[Zig|Zigs]] sind eine neue Errungenschaft (ein besserer Packer, zur Verfügung gestellt von der Gilde [[Gilde:Bruderschaft des glücklichen Gubani|Bruderschaft des glücklichen Gubani]]).
Die [[Storyline]] macht es auch möglich, ein Nexus-Gnoof-Reittier zu haben.

== Ein Tier beschaffen ==

* Kein Mektoub auf [[Silan]] (Lager, wo jeder Flüchtling ankommt)
* Wenn du auf dem gewählten [[Kontinent]] ankommst, kaufe im Stall ein Toub zum Reiten, indem du mit einem Stallburschen sprichst (Rechtsklick auf Tauschen, siehe Bild rechts). Stelle es dann vorsichtshalber im Stall unter (Rechtsklick auf das Toub), und kaufe ihm sofort Futter: Verschiebe das Heu aus deinem Inventar in das Inventar des Toubs.
* Es gibt einen Stall pro Stadt oder Dorf (außer in [[Pyr]], wo es 3 gibt), oft in der Nähe des Haupttors der Stadt.
** Denke daran, einen wandernden Mektoub zu füttern (indem du Heu in sein Inventar legst - Heu kann auch in den Ställen gekauft werden). Ein hungriges Tier kommt zunächst nicht mehr weiter, dann stirbt es...
